Kris Gavin
President
Mr. Gavin founded Pointe Capital in 2018 after serving 17 years with a number of regional and national real estate firms. Most recently he was a member of the investment sales team at Bellator Real Estate & Development where he focused his practice on hospitality, self storage, and multifamily opportunities. Before joining Bellator, Mr. Gavin resided in Memphis, TN while pursuing urban mixed use development projects on behalf of a local family office. His expertise has expanded into other asset classes including high end RV resort development and single family build-to-rent communities. In addition to sourcing acquisitions in partnership with his institutional clients, he utilizes his relationships to identify investment capital for projects throughout the US. He has participated in over $500M in investment sales and development over his career. Mr. Gavin received his B.A. in Banking & Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Mississippi. He currently resides in Fairhope, AL with his wife and daughter.

Jack Conger
Executive VP of Investment Sales and Leasing
Mr. Conger joined Pointe Capital in 2021 as it’s Executive Vice President of Investment Sales and Leasing. In this role, Mr. Conger leads the firm’s efforts in regards to sourcing new investment opportunities on behalf of third-party clients and the company’s personal holdings. Prior to joining Pointe Capital, Mr. Conger spent 5 years with Stirling Properties where he specialized in office, retail, and industrial real estate sales and leasing throughout the Gulf South. Mr. Conger received a B.A. from the University of Alabama and currently resides in Mobile, AL with his wife and three children. Outside of the office Mr. Conger enjoys the outdoors and perfecting his BBQ skills which he learned while managing his brother’s successful BBQ business in San Antonio, TX.
